The Arts and Sciences Capstone project at ECPI required students to present a problem and solution for a specific audience. It allowed students to focus on any area within their chosen career field or degree program. I chose to focus on my chosen career field. I identified a potential training deficiency and demonstrated how our organization could leverage technology to improve it.
